New Ryedale Rover Service – Helmsley to Malton

NEW Dial & Ride service

between Helmsley and Malton

Launching on Tuesday 17th May 2022

Ryedale Community Transport are delighted to announce that they are launching a new  on demand Dial & Ride service in the Helmsley area. The service is going to operate on a Tuesday and Friday between Helmsley and Malton travelling via villages like  Hovingham and Terrington.  It has designated pick up points in villages along the route , where passengers can join the service. 

Passengers need to pre book journeys by 2pm the day before travel, by calling the designated booking line 07399 214083.

The Ryedale Rover is an evolving service which Ryedale Community Transport plan on developing as demand grows for its use. There are already three services running around Malton and another service between Malton and Pickering is in development.  It is hoped that when fully implemented it will provide regular transport routes in Ryedale at an affordable price.
