fund raising

Ryedale Community Transport CIO operates its transport services on a not-for-profit basis. We are constantly seeking means of raising funds to sustain transport services for those who cannot access public transport.

Fundraising Opportunities

If you are concidering doing an event this year we would love to hear how we can get involved with you and use it as an opportunity to raise funds that will make a huge difference.

How Can I Raise Funds?

There are numerous ways to raise funds, some more creative than others. If you would like to help raise funds, give us a call and we could offer some ideas on what you could do. Here is a list to start with.

  • Coffee mornings
  • Craft sales
  • Blind cards
  • Raffles
  • Sponsored events
  • Pledge challenges
  • Bake sales
  • Jumble sale
  • Charity auction

Pledge Challenges

If you are more of an active person, then you could take on a challenge and ask for sponsorship. Typical examples of this are long distance runs and giving something up for the greater good! Speak with us if you would like to do a pledge in aid of Ryedale Community Transport CIO.

Shopping Online

Raise donations for Ryedale Community Transport CIO whenever you shop online. Turn your everyday online shopping into FREE donations. When you use easyfundraising to shop with any of their 4,000 retailers, the retailer makes a small donation to say thank you to  easyfundraising and they then send those free funds to us.
